DELIVERIES & RETURNS

We like to process and deliver all orders within New Zealand in 2-5 working days. We send all packages via New Zealand Couriers. If you’re ordering from overseas, your items may take between 10-14 working days to arrive, but we’ll email you to confirm the expected date of arrival.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide.

Please ensure that you will be home to receive your purchase as signatures are required for all packages. It is important to note that Walter Crow does not post to PO Box addresses. An alternative could be that you ask to have your package sent to a work address.
Punctuality of item arrival is merely an indication and Walter Crow will not be held accountable for unusually long postage periods. Please be aware to factor in that items will only be posted on working days and that if you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.

DUTIES & TAXES
Our international courier provider will charge you the duties and taxes on behalf of the local government. How they will charge you, depends on what country you are in. If you are ordering from the UK you will be sent a letter to request payment of the duties and taxes before the goods will be released to you. If you are ordering from the US you will be charged the duties and taxes after you have received the goods in the form of a letter. For clarity, all duties and taxes due will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

LOST PARCELS
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Walter Crow will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, Walter Crow is not liable for it.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Whilst Walter Crow does its utmost to ensure stock levels are correspondent with those indicated online, it may unlikely be that a mistake is made and the item you purchase is not in stock. In this case, you will be notified and refunded as soon as possible and we will do our best to find you a replacement.

REFUND POLICY
We will not accept any returns on Walter Crow jewellery, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. There are no exchanges on ring sizes, so please choose carefully. Prices are subject to slight variations due to changes in metal and exchange rates. There may be a 4-6 week delay if a ring size is out of stock. Full payment must still be made to place the order.

FAULTY ITEMS
We will endeavour to produce items of the highest quality.  It should be realised though that on occasions, faults can occur.  If we are unable to repair the item or replace it, you will be credited the original costs excluding postage.  However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable.

CONTACT AND POSTAL ADDRESS
Contact sales@waltercrow.co.nz for any returns. Contact must be made within ten days of you receiving the item. It is also within this ten day window that you are responsible for posting the item. Return items must be sent at your own expense and track and trace postage must be used. Walter Crow insists upon being made aware of the track and trace reference number.  Parcels must also be insured at your own expense as Walter Crow accepts no liability for lost or post-damaged items. These must be sent to Walter Crow and not to any physical store. The address can be seen below:
